“Hello, I am Çiğdem. I devoted myself to feeding innocent strays and being their voice.

Feeding, nutrition and treatments are my priorities. But let me start from the very beginning: About two years ago I opened this Instagram account after Viskas, a stray I was looking for, was diagnosed with FIP disease. I took him in and did everything possible for his recovery for 3 months. To this day he is still with me and I even adopted another sick kitten, Sakız, off the streets.

As I saw the growing cruel living conditions of strays like Viskas, I never shut my page down.

Thanks to the page, and thanks to the help of you all, we fed hundreds of cats and dogs and treated and adopted dozens of strays.

In my area there are more than 60 cats I am currently taking care of: it is not just feeding – I take cats with health problems to the veterinarian, and I treat mild cases by giving medication. With the crashing economy of Turkey, daily life has become more difficult and unfortunately, I cannot cover all these expenses alone. That is the reason why these innocent souls need you so much.
