The person behind the project

“For more than ten years, I have been working on my own for cats and dogs who have been abandoned, left on the streets, become ill or been injured, and too often have no one to help them.

During this time, I have helped arrange treatment, care and new homes for hundreds of animals. I take in animals struggling to survive on the streets, left behind in shelters or facing death because of serious illness. I try to provide the care, medication, food and other essentials they need.

For me, this is more than helping. It is a long-term commitment to their right to live.

But the needs and costs are growing every day. Treatment and care have become more expensive, food prices are rising, and serious problems concerning the future of dogs in Turkey mean that more animals need a safe place and regular care.

I currently care for dozens of dogs in boarding facilities. To keep them safe, fed and cared for, I have to cover boarding and food costs every month.

I do everything I can on my own, but I now need regular support to keep this work going. I ask you to support this effort with a monthly or other regular donation.

Every contribution, large or small, can help keep a dog safe, provide treatment for a cat, feed a hungry animal or give an abandoned animal another chance.

I will continue to stand by them. With your support, together we can help many more animals. Supporting them regularly, not just once, saves lives.”
